Fixng #162.
Updating the SAM template file so that after generating the newer features of SAM are available.
I am not sure if this file is mastered in this repository. If there is a better version internally of the SAM template, please replace.
I did not go all out with some of the definitions as I couldn't find very good documents on their acceptable format (e.g. Auth).
