SAM has a few more properties like EndpointConfiguration on AWS Serverless API, and I am not sure where to fetch the newer version of this file (it might be private?).

I would like the updated version so we can generate and use the newer features.

It looks like other code pulls from this repo https://github.com/awslabs/aws-cdk/blob/master/packages/%40aws-cdk/cfnspec/build-tools/update.sh

Is the file mastered here?
