Description
Currently the static obstacle avoidance module with transit from
IDLE
toRUNNING
for it's initial state transition. Ideally the module should check safety before it executes the avoidance maneuver. Thus the initial state transition is modified toIDLE
toWAITING_FOR_APPROVAL
