Add more breadcrumb and notes

This PR adds breadcrumbs to our conf.py. I think it's a great feature and we can motivate people to use it through its usage in our docs.

After merging this we'll push a release.

This PR also adds:

• Cleans up code via black
• Cleans up docstrings following pydocstyle recommendations.
• Implements pre-commit
• pre-commit notes and usage in GitHub.
• Resolve Fix CI warning on release #19
• Resolve bool is not rendered in the same style as other builtins #15
• Further improve Rethinking code style #18 by using font-size: 100%;. Setting a fixed font corrupts text in headers.
