The materials section of the notebook requires at least four plots of background data, with toggles between linear and logarithmic y-axis scales:

  • Annual demographic pyramids.
  • Mortality rates
  • Hospitalization rates.
  • Discharge rates.

This will require assembling a background visualizations module, with a function for each of the plots, plus a function for loading the data. Basically replicating the plots in the Hazard Rate Zoo.
