Sirius IDK
The Sirius IDK (Industrial Development Kit) has been designed for a wide range of industrial applications, targeting the following verticals:
- Lighting control
- Preventive maintenance
- Remote monitoring and control
- Wire replacement
This Board has a Zoul and provides the following features:
- 0-10V driver for dimming control (lighting)
- Master/slave DALI driver
- Communication over RS-485
- Isolated output over photo-couple.
- Isolated Relay, up to 5A/277VAC
- Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE 4.2)
- IEEE 802.15.4 dual band radios (2.4GHz and 868/915MHz)
- External 4Mbit memory up 104Mbps.
- Real Time Clock and Calendar with retention
- On-board CP2104/PIC to flash over USB.
- mikroBus compatible
- Form factor compatible with DIN rail box
- Wide range DC Power input 7-60V.
The Sirius can be programmed and debugged over JTAG and USB. The board has a CP2104 USB to serial converter with a PIC, it allows to program the CC2538 without having to manually to put the device in bootloader mode.
The Zolertia Sirius IDK uses the Conexcon BCEK500V connector, (JP4 and JP5) this connector supports wire from 12 to 24 AVG.
Support for MikroElectronika mikroBUs and their boards.
The Sirius IDK include a RP-SMA for 2.4GHz and SMA for Sub-GHz, and a 2.4Ghz PCB antenna for the BLE interface.
- ISM 2.4-GHz IEEE 802.15.4 & Zigbee compliant.
- Bluetooth low energy 4.2 & IEEE 802.15.4 PHY and MAC
- ISM 868-, 915-, 920-, 950-MHz ISM/SRD Band.
- On-board printed PCB sub-1GHz antenna, ceramic antenna for 2.4GHz interface. Alternatively u.FL for sub-1GHz external antenna.
- AES-128/256, SHA2 Hardware Encryption Engine.
- ECC-128/256, RSA Hardware Acceleration Engine for Secure Key Exchange.
