This PR will allow fx_renderer to render titlebars and borders, which means that it will completely replace wlr_renderer in rendering to the screen.

Current implementation is facing some issues:

Specifically, the titlebar isn't rendering anywhere that isn't where the text is, and the full border is not rendering. On the top right window, you can see that just the bottom of the left + right borders is being rendered, and none of the borders of the bottom right window are being rendered. None of the top or bottom borders on any of the windows is being rendered. I've thoroughly looked through the code and can't find a deviation from how wlr_renderer handles rendering these, so I'm not sure where the issue is ;-;

Unfortunately, swayfx will crash when it tries to render any borders / titlebars without this PR, so this being merged is a prerequisite to rounded corners and blur

gamma_control_v1: handle destroyed output

In case a display is unplugged, the sway output may be removed from the
userdata before the gamma_control can be reset. In this case we can't
schedule a commit on the output, simply return within the function.
