    Swayfx should not render rounded corners / blur / shadows on surfaces that the user specifies

This will be based off of the existing opacity control syntax:

set $opacity 0.9
for_window [class=".*"] opacity $opacity
for_window [app_id=".*"] opacity $opacity

Going to go ahead and close this as it will be trivial to implement and can be done along with the release of shadows and blur, making this issue no longer needed. Rounded corners will be easy to implement this as well as they are now defined in the container struct. I'll toss a commit to add this for rounded corners within the next few days

In case a display is unplugged, the sway output may be removed from the
userdata before the gamma_control can be reset. In this case we can't
schedule a commit on the output, simply return within the function.
