Beta-2: Added helpers, checks and instructions

This release (Beta-2) adds several checks, warnings and instructions to help not to make any mistakes / create dangerous situations (eg. where safety may depend on one signer, etc.)

Changed / added:

• #4 - Explain about Quorum/weight, warning(s) & warnings on certain Signer List scenario's (when setting up the SignerList)
• #1 - Ignore signatures to the least amount possible
• #2 - Warning / advice: "Disable Master" & RegularKey
