Private Encoder

Install your private Encode

First, make sure you have the encoder installed

Usually, it is installed on https://yoursite.com/Encoder

Configure it in your Streamer

Go to the Site Configurations on the left menu -> Advanced Configurations Tab -> Encoder URL Make sure you add your private encoder URL here (even if you are using the Encoder Network)

Go to the plugins -> CustomizeAdvanced and make sure you uncheck the **useEncoderNetworkRecomendation **(if you do not have a private Encoder Network)

Common Mistake

FYI, Encoder and Encoder Network are two different things and is a very common error check the **useEncoderNetworkRecomendation **and start to use the public encoder while you have your own private encoder
