Novation Launchpad X implementation

LP X key combination Function Akai Force key or action
UP Controller shift function (CTSHIFT).
The UP button is used as the "controller SHIFT" button. This is not the same "shift" as the one present on the MPC, or Force.

Go dow in the clip matrix
CTSHIFT+ DOWN (none) UP : go up in the clip matrix

Go left in the clip matrix

Go right in the clip matrix

STOP SOLO MUTE

(SSM)

When the SSM button is holded, the 2 column lines are showed at the bottom of the pad matrix, so you can select a track and mute/solo/rec arm/stop clip with pads of the second line. See Force documentation for further informations. (none)
SSM + any pad on first line of pad matrix

EDIT TRACK

This will edit the corresponding track (e.g. will show the plugin edit screen)

SSM + LAUNCH 7

When holding the SSM button and pressing the launch button of the 7th line, you will change the solo/mute modes alternatively.
The SSM button color will change to :

Red for rec Arm, Green for stop Clip, Orange for mute track, Blue for track solo.

In that mode, you can also hold the SHIFT button on the MPC to show parameters and transpose function.

SHIFT
This can be used to show options settings on the 2

last lines rather than solo modes (same behaviour as Force). You can use that

to set metronome on/off or transpose the keyboard for example.

CTSHIFT + LAUNCH 4

Lock the SSM mode ON/OFF.
The 2 last lines of the Launchpad will

show columns pads permanently.
