Microsoft Teams plugin

The Microsoft Teams plugin allows you to start Teams Chats, Calls and Video Calls with people in people directories TQL has access to.

The Microsoft Teams plugin itself doesn't know how to find people in your organization. It depends on other plugins for this. The easiest option is to install the Outlook plugin. This plugin gives the Microsoft Teams plugin access to your Outlook Global Address List, all people in your organization.

Alternatively, you can configure the Microsoft Teams plugin to use other people directories, e.g. from Azure DevOps or JIRA.

Configuration

Use the configuration screen to setup what people directories you want to use:

This will show all people directories available in TQL. The selection defaults to Enable all directories. If you have the Outlook plugin installed, it's best to configure this screen to just use the Outlook people directory:

• Change the selection to Enable these directories only.

• Ensure that only Outlook is checked.
