In order to further develop this library a little clean up was in order. The old interface allowed for little interaction between the different pieces, and was relatively cumbersome with multiple high level functions devoted to similar tasks. This refac is meant to solve a great deal of these issues providing a more streamlined experience for the user and a greater extension potential for the library itself. The full extent of the changes will be detailed in length in the documentation.
Currently this is still a work in progress, and I am starting to lay out the tests and docs. This PR is meant to monitor progress in this direction. The updated readme shows a (minimal) workflow with the new interface, any input or discussion about the changes is welcome.
