This is an experiment for wrapping the NuttX build differently. It significantly decreases NuttX build time and has some side benefits for incremental builds and debugging source confusion.
The idea is to directly wrap the building of each of the handful of NuttX libs PX4 requires and skip the slow nuttx-export.
