About The Project

Dendrite interprets XRIF instructions generated by Synapse, manages tasks using systems such as queues or worklists, and integrates with perception and path planning systems. Starting with ROS2 enables us to seamlessly communicate with existing open source robot libraries that many platforms use today, such as SLAM toolbox, RViz, Gazebo, and NAV2, and Moveit.

  • Detecting failure and pending states
  • Kidnapped robot detection
  • Learning/Teleop mode (generate map or enable manual waypoint creation/context updates)
  • SLAM Map updates (change between loaded maps and update pose estimate)
  • Image and Video streaming to Synapse
