Memory Card

The memory card copies a bases settings (targeting and trusted players) on shift right clicking the base. Regular right clicking it again on another base will paste these stored settings to the new base. Shift right click anywhere else and it deletes the stored settings on the card. You can see the stored settings in the tooltip of the card when hovering over it in inventory.
