Remove assert that checks that BT-1118-NoticeResult is the sum of the values for each lot. Also remove corresponding Schematron rule, update affected validation reports (removal of a fired rule).
Remove "forbidden" constraints on BT-660-LotResult and BT-709-LotResult for DAP notices (subtypes 25, 26 and 27), as their condition was incorrect. Also remove corresponding schematron rules.
