Ghost profile uuids are displaying in new reports

Describe the bug
Ghost profile uuids are displaying in the "Additional support is needed from" data field when "People" are selected.
Ghost profile uuids are displaying in the "Additional support is needed to" data field when "People" are selected.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a new report
2. Scroll down to the "Engagement information" section
3. Select the "Train" button for "Engagement Types"
4. Enter any text in the "Support needed" data field; the "Additional support is needed from" and "Additional support is needed to" data fields are displayed
5. In both data fields, select the "People" button. In both data fields click in the data field itself. Result: uuids are displayed in both drop-down lists.

Expected behavior
Uuids should not be displayed in the drop-down lists. Only names should be displayed.
