This is the text that is displayed in transparency on the left side of the screen when a player first enters the map. On PC, you'll also see it in a beige panel, on the bottom-right corner of the deployment screen.

You can enter any text you want in there. ie :

Welcome to the XYZ server !
Join us on discord.gg/myclan

Rules:
No teamkilling, No insults, ...

Be advised you can't choose the text formatting.
It will be displayed left-aligned in game, and centered in the deployment screen.

You can use variables to retrieve infos from the server :

{servername}
{nextmap}
{maprotation}
{vips}
{randomvip}
{votenextmap_line}
{votenextmap_noscroll}
{votenextmap_vertical}
{votenextmap_by_mod_line}
{votenextmap_by_mod_vertical}
{votenextmap_by_mod_vertical_all}
{votenextmap_by_mod_split}
{total_votes}
{winning_maps_short}
{winning_maps_all}
{scrolling_votemap}
{online_mods} # (names of the moderators that are currently logged in CRCON)
{ingame_mods} # (names of the moderators that are currently playing)

Please keep in mind every change made in this text will trigger another display of it ingame. That includes the changes triggered when using {variables}. This IS quite annoying for the players, as the displayed text hides the left side of their screen.

So : prefer a static message, without any {variable} text.

If you want to say something fast to all the players, prefer using a broadcast message.
