Description

We'd like to apply changes to the delegates list according to the changes proposed by the TECH proposal doc. The goal is to contain all the relevant modules in the DPoS domain directory and adapt to the new architecture.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Create Managers for
    • Inside round delegates.
    • Outside round delegates.
    • Sanctioned delegates.
    • Watched delegates.
  • Create a unique delegate row that is able to display information for inside-round, outside-round, banned and watched delegates.
  • Update unit tests.
  • Update e2e tests.
