Add delegate failsafe banning mechanism support to delegate profile

Description

Users must be able to see the banning/establishment status and the heights at which a given delegates is punished. This information must be available in delegates profile page.

Motivation

Provide information about delegate activity and safety actions taken by the network.

Additional Information

Users must be able to see:

• Delegate status (Active/ Standby/ Ineligible/ punished / banned)
• Punishment heights (linked to the block details)
• All the labels remains except productivity
• Re-arrange the widgets according to design
