Transactions show -0BTC for small values

Expected behavior

Transaction amounts must be readable on Dashboard.

Actual behavior

We see -0BTC for 0.002 BTC. Given the column width, this is a trade off between the number of characters shown for address and the number of digits shown for transaction value. But I think we better limit the transaction amount to 4 floating digits.
