"Copying Title" function stopped working for create post

Summary

The title copying button no longer works.

Likely this PR broke title copying: #2515

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the create post page
2. Type in a url
3. See the metadata fetched title
4. Click copy
5. Nothing happens
