This is basically upgrading phpunit to 9.3, migrating the config and making sure travis and composer understand that it should work.

Hi, i'd like to support PHP8.1 (and 8.0 as a bonus)
This is a pretty minor change just to update the travis and composer.json (and phpunit) Everything seems in order but i'd like to see your approval ;)
