In order to ensure compatibility with the new forc deploy proxy feature; Once forc releases with FuelLabs/sway#6366, the proxy contract can be updated.

The proxy contract should match the proxy deployed in the forc deploy proxy feature (issue FuelLabs/sway#6427); due to circular dependencies the changes were first introduced in FuelLabs/sway#6254 (comment)
