DeathChests
You are afraid of losing all your items in lava or whatever else might happen? We got you covered!
In the tutorial you saw as you first joined the server this was already explained but we'll go into more detail in this article. If you want to get back to that tutorial, use /spawn
On death all your items will be put in a chest that's protected for 1 hour. Depending on the amount of items in your inventory you'll get one or two chests. DeathChests will look like this and stay for 1 hour:
This chest is protected from other people so they can't pick it up or steal from you. It will break after time runs out though and drop all items. Keep in mind though that as long as a chunk is unloaded, the items on the ground WILL NOT despawn which means if you were far away or in a place where nobody else is around you have a good chance of recovering your inventory even if it should have despawned (after 5 minutes).
After you respawn, you might have some trouble remembering where you died if you don't have some mod that allows you to track that. Simply use /dc list to show your DeathChests:
Teleportation has to be bought in the shop for in game money.
A simple right click on the chest will open it but holding down shift (= sneaking) and then right clicking it picks everything up (until your inventory's full) automatically and also equips all armor you had on before.
DeathChests even work in other people's claims and you'll also be able to open them.
