New Custom Label Formatting Features

  • Users may specify the number of characters to include on the label for a field in the "XML sources" box and in the "Include other value" box. For example: 4<author>, 5<location_name>
  • The * formatting character for controlling how elements are printed will apply if the element is absent, in addition to if it is missing, in the response XML. This fixes defect #4, "Custom labels fail when an XML element does not exist".

Defects Repaired

  • Quick fix for issue #12, "Enter after scan a barcode". Exceptions as a result of setting the font in the CurrentXML display are trapped and ignored.
