Also increased resolution for MS5803 to handle the versions that @bschulz1701 is manufacturing.
Still turning the modem on immediately to let it begin searching for a network, just not attempting to sync until after the other sensors are setup. The file setup still happens after the clock sync so the files can have the "most correct" time.

Using begin and end rather than setActive and forceHold in order to ensure that timers are set and let free at the beginning and end of communication.
the "status" may be completely wrong, especially if you haven't defined a status pin...
I'd dropped it down to 3 when I was testing things two weeks ago and forgot to put it back.
Also fixed mistake in double_logger example
