Prerelease test version of open sourced CyberBoard.

This release fixes a number of user interface quirks experienced in the new MFC feature pack code.

I suggest using the Debug version as it has many activated sanity checks (aka ASSERTs). The Release version would simply crash in those instances without helpful information.

The files containing "symbols" are only needed if you run the program in a debugger.
