This update implements the following functions:

  • This updates adds a number of performance improvements which make CookieMonster about 33% more efficient (#898)
  • Added a button to all buildings in the middle section that can "lock" the building. This makes the building unclickable, which might be useful for frantic clicking during cookie storms (#883)
  • Added a percentage to the Golden Cookie timer bar (#909)

This update fixes the following bugs:

  • Fix considerable lag on the Ascension screen when using the monospace font (#899)
  • Fix sound playing at start-up (#903)

This update implements the following functions:

  • For developers: we now expose some data calculated by Cookie Monster to the global scope. You can access it through the CookieMonsterData object (#803)
  • The column with the most optimal building now has a green coloured indicator whenever colour coding is turned on (#803)
  • The current season in the seasons statistics section is now displayed with green text for easier identification (#836)
  • New option to show a timer bar that counts down till next autosave (#837)
  • New option to sort buildings based on the "cost till next achievement" (#848)
  • Added extra information about achievements in statistics page (#868)

This update fixes the following bugs:

  • HOTFIX: Fixed the possibility of clicking Golden Cookies multiple times with autoclickers (#880)

With this new update we have moved the location of the Cookie Monster repository.

This update implements the following functions:

  • The tooltip of buildings now shows how many buildings need to be bought before a new achievement is reached and the cost and PP of this (#765, #769)
  • New setting to force the upgrades sections to always show all available upgrades, stopping them from collapsing and expanding (#779)

This update fixes the following bugs:

  • Settings menu now correctly updates after changing a setting (#765)
  • Fixed incorrect calculation of dates in rare cases (#769)
  • Remove golden cookie timers when you ascend (#778)

Once again we are proud to present you a release with new functions and bug fixes.
We are still working on finding a resource-efficient way to calculate the most optimal strategy. Any help or ideas for issue #4 would be greatly appreciated!

This update implements the following functions:

  • Updated the ordering and description of all settings of Cookie Monster (#725)
  • Colours of Flash notifications can now be set by the user (#730)
  • You can now select a number of settings to be your 'favourite'. They will be displayed at the top of all other settings in a new section. This functionality is toggleable and you can find it in the miscellaneous section (#741)
  • The statistics page now shows cookies earned by clicking for a selected time period (#743)
  • The statistics page can now show missing normal achievements, this can be toggled in the settings (#744)

This update fixes the following bugs:

  • Fixed some typo's
  • No longer show the wrinkler pop buttons when wrinklers can't spawn (#730)
  • Fixed incorrect calculation of plant maturity for relevant tooltips (#733)
  • Fixed edit prompts not working in settings (#733)
  • Fixed red and purple being switched around for PP colour coding (#738)

Once again we are proud to present you a release with new functions and bug fixes.

This update has revamped the way PP is colourcoded. In the previous versions this was not always correct and we had some settings that made it even more incorrect. With this update Cookie Monster compares the PP of a building to all other possibilities (also buying 10 or 100) of a building and colors the PP accordingly.
This means that if it is better to buy 10 of a building immediately rather than to buy in increments of 1 Cookie Monster will now show this! In this case the buy 1 option will be yellow, while the buy 10 option will be green.
This also means that you will see some more diverse colors. Rather than coloring according to arbitrary "middle values" Cookie Monster now uses a top 10, 20 and 30. While this might take some getting used to we believe the new system is much better in conveying useful information to the user while also being more correct!

This update implements the following functions:

  • Added a tooltip displaying the reward to the extra pop wrinkler buttons (#674)
  • Added tooltips to the Gods in the Pantheon (#679)
  • The tooltip for Elder Pledge now displays correctly, although it takes some time to load after Cookie Monster has been loaded (#688)
  • You can now test the volume and sound of notifications in the settings screen (#685)
  • The bottom bar will now flicker less and each column has received a bit of padding (#688)
  • Introduced new colour scheme for PP, see the explanation of colors in the Readme or the settings (#688)
  • Added option to show buttons that can hide the upgrade and building section (#689)
  • Added option to display PP as a time unit, note that these are only approximations. PP does not translate directly into time (the name is deceptive, we know...) (#689)
  • Statistics page now shows chance for random drops when they have not been achieved (#691)

This update fixes the following bugs:

  • Incorrect amount for "required for max plant reward" in statistics page (#676)
  • Fixed the tooltips of the '?' buttons in the statistics page not showing (#688)
  • Fixed some unclear settings descriptions (#691)

It is once again time for a new update to Cookie Monster!

This update has totally revamped the backend of the mod. It does not introduce any new functions, this is planned for the next release. We believe we have fixed all bugs related to this new structure, but if you find any bugs, please report them on the GitHub!

Besides, this update fixes the following bugs:

  • Fixed some upgrade tooltips which did not display the full effect of buying the upgrades (#614)
  • Fixed not always being able to sell when "blocking bulk buy" (#634)
  • Fixed heavenly chips per second display (#634)

We are happy to announce a new release of Cookie Monster packed with new functions and fixes.
We would like to thank all collaborators that have helped to make this release as jam-packed and polished as it is!

The following functions have now been added:

  • Added support for content mods and ModHooks on 'cps' (#335, #370)
  • Option to display a warning when buying a building or upgrade puts you below the required amount for "Conjure Baked Goods". (#316, #321 and #333)
  • Added cookies to be gained/lost to Conjure Baked Goods tooltip (#382)
  • Added cookies till achievement in building tooltip (#384)
  • Option to play a sound whenever the Grimoire meter is full (#337)
  • Option to get a notification whenever a Golden/Fortune/Season Cookie spawns or your Magic bar is full (#341)
