Summary

Bugfixes "[MoM] Fix Thought-Form Exercises Recipe"

Purpose of change

I was alerted that the Thought-Form Exercises recipe requires "charges" of drained matrix crystal, which makes no sense.

Describe the solution

Change the recipe requirement from 1 to -1

Describe alternatives you've considered

Testing

Recipe now merely requires the presence of a drained matrix crystal (or crystal shard)
