Purpose of change
With the addition of urbanity in game, the rural biome mod is mostly obsolete now.
Describe the solution
This obsoletes the mod. It still exists for those who are already using it or want to continue using it.
I kindly ask that people don't delete the mod entirely until I or someone else has added regions to the game, because I'd like to reuse some of the mod's settings.
