Summary
Content "Rehydration drink now requires baking soda"
Purpose of change
With the merging of #57367, we now have baking soda. I saw that it was merged and it reminded me that this recipe is supposed to have baking soda in it. So I added baking soda to the recipe
Describe the solution
My source is this recipe here. A quarter teaspoon is roughly 1.2 mL and we're making 2 L of drink, so I rounded to 2 mL
Describe alternatives you've considered
It was actually a little difficult to find a good recipe that also used baking soda. If anyone has a better recipe IRL, please tell me.
Testing
I'm at work, so I didn't test this. I ran it through the linter, though.
