As per #49725, the electronics control unit contained waaaaaay more solder than similar things.

Continuing to bank solder from disassembling units.
Testing
Spawned a unit in the debug menu. Looked at disassembly results. Verified correct solder amounts.
Opened crafting menu. Selected electronics control unit. Verified correct solder amounts.
