Summary
Bugfixes "Adjust Burrowing mutation's description/effects"
Purpose of change
Burrowing was reworked to no longer require Incisors and to only be able to dig through things like a shovel, but the description and consume time penalties were not changed.
Describe the solution
Changes the mutation's description to more accurately represent it, and removes the leftover consume time penalty.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Continuing to allow digging ability to double the time it takes to drink a glass of water.
Testing
Make mutant with Burrowing, see description is right and drink water at normal speeds.
