removes `bfeed` from blaze_ammo_types.json into a new blob_ammo_types.json to finish separating blob from base blaze stuff, was missed by initial refactor

This is the fourth PR in bringing the changes in #37497 about, by breaking each change into small parts that are easier to skim and understand.
Describe the solution
Separates the last blob-related item that was still in blaze-specific files into its own file, which was missed during initial refactor.
Testing
Straightforward changes drawn from #37497, probably might work for now but its compatibility will be broken again when ID's are changed.

More PR's to come, consider incomplete by itself, part of a whole.
