SUMMARY: Infrastructure "more item group category folders"Purpose of change
Organizing item groups to make it that much easier to quickly find pertinent lists when adding new items or choosing groups to spawn in locations. Scrolling through lengthy lists of item groups in a single .json is no fun and time-consuming. Smaller .jsons in a relatively small amount of folders makes more sense, in my opinion.

Added new category folders and moved appropriate .jsons.

Similar to last PR, nothing has been added or removed, files have just been moved.
