SUMMARY: Build "Include additional files to binary distribution"Purpose of change
Some files were missing from binary distribution.
Also normalized extension in additional unifont license file.
This also allows including of
VERSION.txtfile which includes version info and will be generated during build on Jenkins - see #38140 (comment).Describe the solution
Add missing files to BINDIST_EXTRAS in Makefile.
