SUMMARY: Infrastructure "Adds a getting started type of guide for mapgen."Purpose of change
A guide that compiles the basics of json mapgen for beginning content creators.
Describe the solution
Write the guide. This assumes some familiarity with json for the audience and distills information from the mapgen.md and the overmap.md and probably the region_settings.md. Removing a lot of the technical details in favor of presenting the parts a new contributor needs to get their maps built and working. Plus some tips and best practices (my personal best practices) I've picked up as I've worked.
Describe alternatives you've considered
I'd like to make more focused guides for other mapgen and left a list at the end of this document.
Since I plan on adding more guides, I've made a folder for mapgen guides and moved my roof tutorial into it.
