Summary

SUMMARY: Features "Allow autoboating'"

Purpose of change

Fixes #36216

Describe the solution

Allow boats to autodrive whilst on water.

Describe alternatives you've considered

N/A

Testing

Tested with a canoe on a river, it autodrives using the river as the only possible terrain to path through, wont try and go through bridges or take shortcuts over land etc.

Additional context

Sometimes it stops if theres a monster in the way even though fish are scooped out the way by boats and dont crash, but Im not sure if things like beavers are also displaced out the way? so ill look into ways to check for that in the future.
