Use normal sign convention for Reactor heat transfer #163

Heat transfer into a system is normally considered positive. This updates the documentation to align to that convention and also to the changes proposed in Cantera/cantera#1156.

It may make sense to delay merging this PR until closer to the time of the Cantera 2.6.0 release.

convention from the perspective of a wall between two reactors is
unchanged, with a positive value indicating heat transfer from the
left to the right.

I changed this to merge into the testing branch so it can be resolved now, and won't affect the "live" version of the website until we merge the testing branch back into main along with the final 2.6.0 release.
