Heat transfer into a system is normally considered positive. The sign convention from the perspective of a wall between two reactors is unchanged, with a positive value indicating heat transfer from the left to the right.

Heat transfer into a system is normally considered positive. This updates the documentation to align to that convention and also to the changes proposed in Cantera/cantera#1156.
It may make sense to delay merging this PR until closer to the time of the Cantera 2.6.0 release.
