Specifications and improvements mostly coming from PIM

• Flagship manager role was implemented for all the CRPs
• Gender budget field was taking out for PIM
• A new cluster leader role was defined for PIM
• A project can contributes to one cluster of activity only (for PIM)
• Deliverable types were developed in a way they are able to be customized by each CRP (however, this is not desired)
• Only one Cluster can be selected per project for A4NH and PIM
• All the messages/texts used in MARLO were extracted to a system where A4NH and PIM are able to revise them and make improvements.
• We improved the list of target units in the CRP Impact Pathways. If a CRP decides to do not use a target unit, they are not being asked in the Impact Pathway section.
• Funding sources section was improved in usability, from now, the user is able to search by type, ID and title.
