Identify deliverables duplicated functionality

In order to detect duplicate deliverables through dissemination url, DOI and handle validation, it was necessary to create the identification logic within a service that can be consumed by the front end of the application.

2.3 Indicator improvements

As it was a challenge to determine the number of participants in the activities (IPI 2.3), especially when there were shared deliverables, our system required a way to indicate the number of participants for each group. We proposed adjusting the "Delivery" section of the "Broadcast & Metadata" tab to address this issue. Specifically, we suggest adding a new question in this section: "Does this deliverable involve participants/learners?" This question will provide a breakdown of information by group, which will make it easier to calculate the number of students participating in shared activities. And with this base the development was carried out

MARLO-AICCRA regularly publishes updates to enhance the system's performance, security, logic, and usability. In this release, the following updates have been implemented.

Timeline Management module

The module is available for super administrators of the system, allowing to modify the details of the timeline activities quickly, avoiding technical processes.

It is located within an exclusive menu for super administrators where you can manage configurations and system parameters

Details

This module enables to add, remove and manage the information related to timeline activities:

• Description: name of the activity to display on the timeline
• Start date and End date: Allows the component to indicate the status of the activity with respect to the current date
• Order: Additionally, it allows you to set a custom order of the activities within the timeline.

Specifications and improvements mostly coming from PIM

• Flagship manager role was implemented for all the CRPs
• Gender budget field was taking out for PIM
• A new cluster leader role was defined for PIM
• A project can contributes to one cluster of activity only (for PIM)
• Deliverable types were developed in a way they are able to be customized by each CRP (however, this is not desired)
• Only one Cluster can be selected per project for A4NH and PIM
• All the messages/texts used in MARLO were extracted to a system where A4NH and PIM are able to revise them and make improvements.
• We improved the list of target units in the CRP Impact Pathways. If a CRP decides to do not use a target unit, they are not being asked in the Impact Pathway section.
• Funding sources section was improved in usability, from now, the user is able to search by type, ID and title.
