This PR implements buttons "download CSV" and "upload CSV" to the "Data points" card. It is related to issue #69 and deals with import and export of bulk data.
The download CSV button will download a CSV with comma separated variable names (no white spaces) and values in the table. The CSV file is named after the experiment name (like the JSON file).
The upload CSV button will upload a CSV with comma separated variable names and values and fill out the data into the table. Note that the variable names must corresponds to the ones defined in the "Input model" card. You can see the required formatting by filling in some data to the table and downloading the CSV.
Feedback would be much appreciated, especially with regards to placement of buttons, formatting of files, handling of uploads with wrong formatting or wrong variable names.
