Information about the change
Hi, we had the problem that our pipelines and the web application stopped running after the update of Azure.Identity from 1.8.0 to 1.11.3. We could have prevented the failure if we had seen in the changelog that a new dependency had been added here, or if we had had a reference to the known workarounds.
