An April 2020 release of Personal Health Records FHIR Implementation Guide v1.0.0 is available as the frozen STU3 draft baseline of Personal Health Records as the attached zip PHR-1.0.0-2020APR-full-ig.zip.

The Personal Health Summary (PHS) FHIR implementation guide supports the exchange of personal health records including Personal Health Notes (PHN) and Personal Health Summary (PHS).

This implementation guide is based on FHIR version 3.0.2.

To view the implementation guide please:

  1. Download the attached PHR-1.0.0-2020APR-full-ig.zip
  2. Extract all the files to open and navigate properly
  3. Navigate to the file index.html and open with your preferred browser
  4. The home page will then display
