An April 2020 release of Advance Care Records FHIR Implementation Guide 1.0.0 is available as the frozen STU3 draft baseline of Advance Care Records as the attached zip ACR-1.0.0-2020APR-full-ig.zip.

The Advance Care Records (ACR) FHIR implementation guide supports the exchange of advance care records including Advance Care Planning (ACP), Goals of Care (GoC), and Advance Care Directive Custodian Record (ACDCR).

This implementation guide is based on FHIR version 3.0.2.

To view the implementation guide please:

  1. Download the attached ACR-1.0.0-2020APR-full-ig.zip
  2. Extract all the files to open and navigate properly
  3. Navigate to the file index.html and open with your preferred browser
  4. The home page will then display
