• Updated the zipped file of dependencies to fix an upstream bug in the conda-forge feedstock of gdal library, conda-forge/gdal-feedstock#259
• Changed all the instances of using ESRI Shapefile to using SQLite for better computational performance.
• Updated README to include installation option using environment.yml
