More adapters!
New pack of supported protocols:
These adapters do not have default tokens in the AdapterRegistry contract.
So, balances will not be tracked by the getBalances() function.

New adapters architecture
We've changed the architecture of adapters - now ProtocolAdapter and TokenAdapter are the different contracts.
We've also added new protocols support - Idle and Balancer!

BTW, thanks @bugduino for the Idle adapters!
New SNX adapter
Now SNX adapter works with Synthetix ERC20 proxy and will not fail anymore!
New PoolTogether and Curve pools
Added USDC pool for PoolTogether, updated Compound Curve pool.
New Curve pools
Updated Compound pool and added Y Curve pool.
