Fix in-process main module source loading

Describe changes

When loading a source from the __main__ module that we previously resolved in the same process, we would load the same python file with a different module name, which would rerun all top-level code and have the same types redefined (e.g. __main__.MyCustomType and run.MyCustomType for a python run.py call).

This PR adds some logic to load these sources from the __main__ module instead to avoid any issues related to this.
